
For the Fourth of July holiday, I thought I would release the fireworks effect I created for last year’s Nodevember project.
This is a combo geometry nodes and material shader set for Blender that creates a procedural fireworks effect, which is automatically animated. The effect is a little less refined than I might’ve made it if I had more time to work on it, but it’s a good starting point, and everything is organized and (mostly) labeled.
I made this effect using Cycles to render, but it should work just fine in Eevee as well.
