Just under the wire, here's my eighth illustration for Februdoodle!
I've been watching a lot of Curious George - it's my son's favorite TV show right now - and I've grown to love that cartoon. The animation is good, the voice acting is great, the stories are fun, and there are a lot of silly jokes. But one thing my wife pointed out is that every time they show George sleeping in his bed, he looks super comfy, and now I always notice it too. And envy it a little! 😆
So anyway, I was feeling inspired by that, and wanted to draw a big ol' bear having a good rest today. I meant for it to be something kind of simple, and as usual, got a little carried away with it. I'm really happy with how it turned out though!
This was created in Procreate with an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil, using the Procreate Pencil brush for sketching, the Syrup brush for linework, and the Soft airbrush for a few bits of light shading.
