June Toons 2023 #1: Hello World!

Here we go again with another month-long drawing project! This one is called June Toons, and it's a revival of an old project from 2019, by the same name.

This was created in Procreate with an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil, using the Procreate Pencil brush for sketching, the Syrup brush for linework, and the Splatter spray paint brush for background texture.

Getting Started with Stylus Drawing

After all these years, I've finally got some hardware capable of doing digital drawing - and so I've been spending time playing around with it in my spare time, getting used to how it feels, and learning how to use Manga Studio 5.

Here's a quick drawing I did today, just for fun:

No story behind it, just a bunch of random doodling here. Hopefully I'll have more soon!
